Donna Graziano, President is the founder and visionary behind the creation of
Le Lash Couture. With over a decade of experience in the cosmetic and beauty industry, Donna’s reputation grew and the demand for her expertise had increased, she took an entrepreneurial leap and established Primo Consulting. Donna founded her consulting firm in 1997, committed to providing the best in specialized service in the Dental and Cosmetic marketing management.
While helping other skincare companies, doctors and spas etc. grow their own companies. Donna found that there was a specific need for a specialization in eyelash application and maintenance. This especially became obvious when she was approached by the top facial plastic surgeon (Dr. Philip Miller. www.drphilipmiller.com) and hair transplant surgeon (Dr. Jeffry Epstein www.foundhair.com) in the USA, to help service and maintain their patient’s eyelashes. In addition, she has been an educator for other well known eyelash companies.
Frustrated with the industries marginal standards, in 2008, she set off on her own again and created what is now known as LeLash Couture.
Donna serves as the spokesperson for Lashfood INC. and has appeared on CBS representing this new product. She is a member of COSMETIC EXECUTIVE WOMEN and various different organizations in the cosmetic field.
LeLash Couture, Milan Kowalewski is the Director of Marketing for LeLash Couture. With an emphasis on marketing strategy and business development & operations, Milan began working on launching the LeLash Couture and LeLash Boutique brands for Donna Graziano. Additionally, he coordinates and implements all seminars, classes, and private training for LeLash Couture. Donna & Milan met through the launch of his marketing firm called Kowale Studios (www.KowaleStudios.com),which is a branding/marketing/advertising/design firm. Milan has worked in marketing for several of Manhattan’s most prestigious salons/spas including Cutler Salon, Angelo David Salon, and Laser Cosmetica. He brings a unique set of skills and insight into marketing/branding in the beauty industry, which he has been applying with LeLash Couture.
